Massage oil helps reduce friction between Perimom and your perineum, so the massage is more comfortable and effective. Our sweet almond oil nourishes the skin naturally and contains fatty acids that lock in moisture. It is nutrient-rich, containing vitamin A, vitamin E, Omega-3, and zinc.

You can use any off-the-shelf unscented massage oil of your choice. We recommend you use our almond oil
