With my husband and I doing long distance and my bump preventing accessibility, the wand has been great.
I don't get the same pressure as if my husband manually does it but I'm sure it's still better than nothing! Thr evidence will be the birth whenever that happens!
I have really enjoyed the perimom massager. As a physical therapist, I love the ergonomic handle and that it makes it easier to reach! I feel more prepared for birth with this tool.

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and have just started using the Perimom. I am so grateful for this product! I tried perineal massage myself and just didn’t feel comfortable and I also knew that I would struggle to relax if my partner did it..the Perimom is such a great solution that means I can comfortably do the massage, focus on relaxing, and get all the benefits. The design is very simple to use and the product is easy to clean after. The material is very smooth and well designed to make the process as easy as it can be!
I’ve been using this for a week now and it has allowed me to reach down to complete the massage. A little expensive but does the job.

The perimom is great for reaching the hard to reach bits so you can get around the bump and still perform effective perineal massage. Would recommend!
I was sceptical in buying this product but am so happy I did. I feel comfortable using it and I don't need to ask my Partner to assist as you can easily do this yourself. Really happy that I bought this. Thanks Perimom.
I love Perimom! It’s very easy to use and helped me a lot. I haven’t given birth yet so can’t comment on whether it actually helped reduce the risk of tearing, but it’s helped me mentally - in terms of acknowledging that I am able to prepare myself for birth, no matter how much I tell myself I can’t! Only started using a few days ago and must say I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and easy to use the perimom. I already feel so much more confident about my birth and less stressed after use.
Since trying to reach was almost impossible for me, the massage hurt (probabily because of a wrong position). So I decided to buy Perimom and that was the best decision ever! Very easy an intuitive to use and the massage does not hurt one bit, it just feels right.
I was sceptical about how much difference this would make but able to complete the massage easily without any discomfort.
The shape and construction of the perimom has helped with my ability to perform perineal massage in late pregnancy. The curved shape provides comfort without jeopardising function. Much smother and more comfortable than other conventional methods. I highly recommend this item and wish I’d found it sooner.
