Not only do i know I’m getting what i need out of using perimom it is SO much more comfortable then using your hands-i couldn’t even get around my bump to do it with my hands anyway and I’m sure most of you would encounter the same issue and this way we don’t have to be on our partners back about doing it for us! The almond oil is also very gentle I am very sensitive and hesitant to use anything other than what i know wont irritate me but it has caused no irritation whatsoever! Highly recommend

Who shouldn't use Perimom?
Perineal massage should be avoided in the following cases: If you are in a high-risk pregnancy group
If you have preterm contractions
If you have been diagnosed as being at risk for pre-term labor
If you have placenta previa
If you have an active herpes outbreak or other vaginal or sexually transmitted disease
If you have vaginal bleeding
If you have risk of placental abruption
If you are pregnant with multiple fetuses when the lower one is in breach presentation.

You can use any off-the-shelf unscented massage oil of your choice. We recommend you use our almond oil
